Counselling/EFT/Matrix Reimprinting/EFT Training Courses

I am passionate about my own growth and development, and use continued personal and professional development activities as ways of deepening my knowledge, self-awareness and ability to self-reflect. I believe that this enables me to effectively support others to embrace change, heal, and consciously evolve.

I’ve had a varied career working as a secondary school teacher, youth worker, and residential social worker. My experience as a counsellor began in 2001, working in higher education. I currently work in a GP Surgery, local Employee Assistance Programs, and also have a private practice in Pocklington, East Yorkshire.

I also train both the general public, and people within the caring professions, (e.g. Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, GPs, Teachers, Primary Care & Mental Health workers, and Social Workers) in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) - a powerfully effective self-help tool.

Professional Qualifications

I am an (MBACP) Accredited Counsellor certified by The Psychosynthesis & Education Trust, London. bnvh

I have been awarded certification as an EFT Trainer by the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET).

I trained with EFT Master Gwyneth Moss, as an Advanced Practitioner in EFT, certified by (AAMET).

An AAMET certified Matrix Reimprinting practitioner, trained by Karl Dawson, the founder of Matrix Reimprinting  (AAMET).

I also have 12 years experience teaching Meditation and Mindfulness based education.
