The first step, is an opportunity for you to talk about what you would like support with, and what you hope to achieve in the sessions. I will also inform you how counselling can help you, what to expect, and about confidentiality.

Individual Sessions
Individual sessions are held face to face at my private practice in Pocklington.
Investment of £35 for 50 minutes. £40 for 1 hour. Payment can be made by cash or cheque in the session.
Events
EFT Training Courses are taught over 2 days, giving you plenty of opportunities to practise the techniques, and deepen your understanding.
Refreshments are provided throughout the day. Lunch is not included, and can be purchased either locally, or you are welcome to bring your own food.
EFT training courses are held at Beacon Lodge, 8 The Mile, Pocklington, East Yorkshire. YO42 2HA. (Off the A1079, 25 minutes drive, east of York city centre).

Cancellations
Individual sessions – if you are unable to attend, please give at least 24 hours cancellation notice, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
Events – course bookings are not refunded, however, you can transfer to another event. Please send a cheque payable to Avril Scott to the address below.
